TEXTURE

The texture function allows a user to change the "skin" of an object. Initially, an object has one of more skins that give it a certain look. For example, a window might have a glass texture and a couch might have a fabric texture. We can see the different textures of each object by going into the list of objects located in the User Guide tab. You will see the following:

As you can see, there is a column dedicated to the textures of each object.

We can change the default texture with any that we want by simply putting the action create texture _____ where the blank is filled in by the texture.

For example, let's say I had the object stair04.rwx, which has the texture stone7. It looks like this:

Now, suppose I want to change the object so it looks like it's made out of water. I find the texture water1 and I apply the action create texture water1. See the result:

You can apply the same effect to any object.
